Vattenfall AB signed a deal to install 200 electric vehicle charging points at Norwegian dairy producer Tine SA's plants before summer 2020.
The charging points will be connected to Vattenfall's InCharge network, according to an Oct. 7 news release.
"It's important for us to do what we can to contribute to a sustainable life," said Jimmy Klinteskog, head of purchasing at Tine. "This is obviously important, as electrification is such an important part of the climate transition."
The rollout is part of a five-year agreement between the two companies, who said they are also discussing broader cooperation to find further solutions to reduce Tine's climate impact.
