BankFinancial Corp. extends buyback plan expiration date

BankFinancial Corp. again extended the expiration date of the company's share repurchase authorization to April 30, 2019, from June 30, 2018.

The Burr Ridge, Ill.-based company also increased the number of shares that can be bought back in accordance with the authorization by 500,000 shares. Pursuant to the extended and increased share repurchase authorization, 665,476 BankFinancial Corp. common shares are authorized for repurchase through April 30, 2019.
