Hungary's OTP Bank to consider separating combined role of chairman, CEO

Hungary-based OTP Bank Nyrt. will consider separating the two roles held by long-standing Chairman and CEO Sándor Csányi at its April 12 annual general meeting, Reuters reported March 12.

The annual general meeting approval would allow the board to split the roles without calling a shareholder meeting, a spokesman said, while adding that the bank is not discussing replacing Csányi, who has been in the post since 1992.
