Grasso Holdings partnership eyes $60M from sale of Philadelphia office tower

A partnership involving real estate company Grasso Holdings Inc. is looking to sell the 243,000-square-foot Graham office tower in Philadelphia for up to $60 million, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The 25-story building at 30 S. 15th St. is 95% leased, with insurance brokerage Graham Co. serving as the anchor tenant, occupying 76,812 square feet, according to the publication.
