National Bank of Canada to participate in C$1.75M investment in fintech company

National Bank of Canada and Luge Capital, among other companies, are investing C$1.75 million in Flinks Technology Inc., a financial technology company founded in Montreal.

Four other companies participating in the financing are Innostart Capital, Panache Ventures, iNovia Capital and Conconi Growth Partners.

The investment is part of a first round of financing that will be used by Flinks Technology to boost growth and to market a risk assessment solution powered by artificial intelligence based on the transaction habits of end users and the health of their financial accounts.
