FERC clears Arclight Capital's sale of 1,700-MW wind portfolio

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approved ArcLight Capital Partners LLC's sale of Leeward Renewable Energy LLC to an affiliate of OMERS Infrastructure Management Inc. for an undisclosed sum, according to a regulatory filing.

The Dallas-based wind portfolio company owns and operates 19 wind projects with a total installed capacity of about 1,700 MW. The projects are located across nine states, including California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Mexico and Texas. The output of most of the operating wind facilities is committed to specific buyers. (FERC docket EC 18-81)
