E3 Metals, Comstock enter JV to acquire, develop battery metals deposits

E3 Metals Corp. entered into a joint venture with Comstock Metals Ltd. to acquire and develop battery metals deposits in North America.

E3 is looking for additional opportunities to deploy its direct brine lithium extraction technology.

Under the joint venture, Comstock will support the acquisition and development of assets and E3 Metals will provide the technical exploration and engineering expertise to evaluate them.

Comstock's recently appointed President, CEO and director Steven Goldman will join E3 Metals as an adviser.
