Boyne Capital backs new group overseeing US Midwest ambulatory infusion network

Miami-based private equity firm Boyne Capital made a majority investment in Infusion Associates Management Inc., a management services group created to operate a network of ambulatory infusion clinics across the U.S. Midwest.

The newly created organization simultaneously entered into a strategic partnership with Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Infusion Associates PLLC, an ambulatory infusion service provider serving patients in the Western Michigan market.

Infusion Associates Management will be led by industry veteran Joseph Herrod as CEO. Khan Nedd holds a significant stake in Infusion Associates Management and will remain as medical director at Infusion Associates PLLC, of which he is the founder.

Boyne Capital backs lower-middle-market companies in healthcare services, consumer products, niche manufacturing, business and financial services, and other sectors.
