Japan-based SBI Holdings Inc. is expected to raise ¥36 billion from an issuance of bonds in two tranches, The Nikkei reported March 20.
This will be the company's largest bond offering since September 2005.
The planned bond issuance will consist of three-year bonds with a coupon of 0.45% and five-year bonds with a coupon of 0.7%.
As of March 20, US$1 was equivalent to ¥106.46.
