Reliv' International Inc. said its third-quarter normalized net income was a loss of 16 cents per share, compared with 6 cents per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of $286,250, compared with income of $108,100 in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin dropped to negative 2.3% from 0.8% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue fell 14.8% on an annual basis to $12.2 million from $14.3 million, and total operating expenses declined 10.8% on an annual basis to $12.6 million from $14.1 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of $258,380, or a loss of 16 cents per share, compared to income of $127,500, or 7 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
