Asiamet Resources Ltd. applied for voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange to save administrative costs.
The company's shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading Feb. 28, subject to approval, according to its Jan. 25 statement.
Asiamet is keeping its listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM submarket.
The company recently expanded copper mineralization comprising the high-grade zone of the Beruang Kanan Main deposit at its KSK property in Indonesia. A feasibility study on the Beruang Kanan Main deposit is underway.
