S&P, Fitch withdraw ratings of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania

S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings on Jan. 2 withdrew the ratings of Philadelphia-based Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania following its merger into Providence, R.I.-based Citizens Bank NA.

The ratings outlook was stable at the time of the withdrawals.

The two banks are subsidiaries of Citizens Financial Group Inc.
