InvenTrust Properties buys Marietta, Ga., shopping center for $44M

Pure-play retail company InvenTrust Properties Corp. paid $44.2 million to acquire the 124,000-square-foot Sandy Plains Centre in Marietta, Ga.

The real estate investment trust said the Kroger Co.- and Pets Supply Plus-anchored property is home to several other tenants, including AT&T Inc., Great Clips, Jersey Mike's, Orangetheory Fitness and MassageEnvy.
