Lloyds issues $500M bond

Lloyds Banking Group PLC issued $500 million in international bonds, Investopoli reported June 14.

The notes, which will mature June 21, 2021, carry a floating-rate coupon equivalent to the three-month U.S. dollar London Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.800%. They were sold at par.

JP Morgan served as book runner on the transaction, Cbonds reported June 15.
