China Resources Land to issue US$1.05B of perpetual capital securities

China Resources Land Ltd. plans to issue US$1.05 billion of subordinated perpetual capital securities.

The capital securities will be offered to professional investors at initial distribution rate of 3.75%. They will be issued under the property developer's US$3.90 billion medium-term note program.

The company has applied to list the capital securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The listing is expected to take effect Dec. 10.

HSBC is the sole global coordinator, joint book runner and joint lead manager for the issuance. BOC International, DBS Bank, ABC International, CMB International, CCB International, Mizuho Securities and BofA Securities are also joint book runners and joint lead managers.
