Intesa Sanpaolo issues €500M of international bonds

Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued €500.0 million of international, floating-rate bonds, Cbonds reported May 29.

The notes, which will mature May 30, 2024, carry a coupon of three-month euro interbank offered rate plus 1.1%. The initial issue price was 100.

Banca IMI served as the book runner on the transaction.
