S&P affirms ratings on Sweden government-owned Specialfastigheter Sverige

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the AA+ long-term and A-1+ short-term issuer credit ratings, as well as the K-1 short-term Nordic regional scale rating of Swedish public property company Specialfastigheter Sverige AB (Publ).

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the likelihood that the company will receive timely and sufficient extraordinary support from its owner during financial distress. Ratings also noted the attractiveness of the company's niche segment of public policy-related properties, in addition to its well-established processes and procedures for budgeting and follow-up.

The rating agency views Specialfastigheter Sverige's financial risk profile as very strong due to its stable and predictable cash flows from its operations.

Ratings expects the company's very strong enterprise risk profile to support sustained strong EBITDA margins over the next two years.
