Capital Southwest hikes quarterly dividend by 1 cent

The board of Capital Southwest Corp. increased the company's quarterly dividend to 29 cents per share from 28 cents per share.

The dividend is payable July 2 to shareholders of record as of June 26.

Capital Southwest posted total pretax net investment income of $4.5 million, or 28 cents per share, in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2018. For fiscal 2018, total pretax net investment income was $16.4 million, or $1.02 per share.
