Rabsky refinances Long Island City, NY, property for $134M

The Rabsky Group LLC and Simon Dushinsky refinanced its Halo LIC apartment complex at 44-35 Purves St. in Long Island City, N.Y., for about $134.2 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

The company acquired the site in 2013 for $32.2 million to develop the 284-unit project.
