Netflix's board asks shareholders to vote against 4 proposals

Netflix Inc.'sboard asked shareholders to vote against four proposals to be submitted at theannual meeting of stockholders on June 9.

According to a definitive proxy statement filed April 27,the stockholders have proposed for the adoption of director election majorityvote standard, a "proxy access" bylaw proposal, a proposal for simplemajority vote and a proposal to elect each director annually.
