Christian Hinsch, the board of management member overseeing Talanx AG's industrial lines division, is stepping down from the company's board.
His departure is effective as of the end of Talanx's May 9 annual meeting. He will also retire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie V.a.G. on June 19.
Edgar Puls will succeed Hinsch on both boards of management and as the CEO of HDI Global SE. David Hullin will take on the areas previously overseen by Puls on the board of management of HDI Global.
Hinsch spent 35 years with the HDI Group, including 23 years serving at board level and 19 years as CEO of HDI Global and its predecessor companies, as well as nine years as deputy chairman of the boards of management of Talanx and HDI V.a.G.
