Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd. is looking to sell Towers A and B of the Rochavera Corporate Towers complex worth roughly 1 billion reais in Sao Paulo, Reuters reported, citing unnamed sources.
The two towers reportedly offer roughly 56,000 square meters of office space.
Cyrela Commercial Properties SA, which established a joint venture with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in 2017 to invest US$400 million in Brazilian offices, is one of the real estate companies that have indicated initial interest in the buildings, the news outlet noted, citing one of the sources.
Neither Mirae nor Canada Pension Plan commented on the matter, according to Reuters.
As of May 17, US$1 was equivalent to 3.69 reais.
