BNY Mellon offering $750M notes due 2024

Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is offering 2.100% senior notes due Oct. 24, 2024, with a principal of $750.0 million.

Interest payments will be made April 24 and Oct. 24 of each year, with the first payment to be made April 24, 2020. The trade date of the notes was Oct. 17 and the settlement date is Oct. 24.

BofA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, UBS Securities LLC and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are book runners of the offering. Academy Securities Inc., ANZ Securities Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., MFR Securities Inc. and R. Seelaus & Co. LLC are the co-managers.
