Report: 2 Tishman Speyer office assets in California poised to fetch up to $650M

Tishman Speyer Properties LP is preparing to sell the Brickyard and Collective office campuses in the Playa Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, Calif., with bids expected to range between $600 million and $650 million for both properties, The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources.

The New York-based company, according to the publication, will put on the block the properties leased by Facebook and Yahoo as early as the week beginning Jan. 14. Combined, the properties measure 620,720 square feet.

Tishman Speyer declined to comment regarding the planned sale, while Eastdil Secured did not respond to comment requests, the Jan. 11 report added.
