Seven Bank names new chairman, president

Japan-based Seven Bank Ltd. said May 11 that it appointed President, CEO and director Kensuke Futagoishi as chairman, replacing Takashi Anzai, who is retiring.

Executive Vice President and director Yasuaki Funatake will become company president and director.

Meanwhile, Yoji Ohashi and Shuji Ohashi will resign as outside directors on the bank's board, while Kazutaka Inagaki will join as a director, and Makoto Kigawa, Toshihiko Itami, Koichi Fukuo and Yukiko Kuroda will join as outside directors.

The personnel changes will take effect June 19 following a shareholder meeting.
