Rombo sells 180M Argentine pesos of 2-year bonds in oversubscribed offering

Rombo Compañía Financiera SA, the Argentine financing arm of automaker Renault, sold 180 million pesos of two-year bonds, the company said in a statement.

The bonds, to be issued Jan. 30, will pay a variable annual interest rate 3.24 percentage points over a base rate.

Rombo received 44 offers for a nominal value of 389.7 million pesos, leading it to sell the full expandable amount of 180 million pesos.

As of Jan 25, US$1 was equivalent to 15.93 Argentine pesos.
