AerCap Holdings subsidiaries price senior note offerings

AerCap Holdings NV subsidiaries AerCap Ireland Capital Designated Activity Co. and AerCap Global Aviation Trust priced their two offerings of senior notes.

The two subsidiaries are offering 4.450% senior notes due 2021, with principal amount of $700 million and 4.875% senior notes due 2024, with principal amount of $400 million.

Net proceeds from the offerings are intended to be used for general corporate purposes.

Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., JP Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are joint book-running managers for the offering.
