Eolus completes sale of 36-MW Swedish onshore wind project

Eolus Vind AB completed the sale of its 36-MW Sotterfallan wind farm in the Jonkoping municipality of Sweden to KGAL GmbH & Co. KG for an undisclosed amount.

The project hosts 10 Vestas Wind Systems A/S V136 3.6-MW turbines. The transaction was announced in December 2017 and included a second wind farm, the 11-MW Anneberg facility, also in Sweden. Ownership of that facility was transferred to KGAL, a German investment manager, earlier this year.

Eolus will provide asset management services for the facility, it said in an Aug. 28 news release.
