InZinc Mining Ltd. said Nov. 13 that recent drilling at its early stage Indy property in British Columbia discovered shallow high-grade mineralization in a new area dubbed the B-9 zone.
The drill program comprised 11 holes totaling 1,271 meters and returned highlights including 6.29 meters grading 12.33% zinc, 2.98% lead and 24.46 g/t of silver at a depth of 60 meters below surface.
The company noted that the new B-9 zone comprises a 270-meter section of one of three geochemical targets at Indy which measure an aggregate 3.2 kilometers in length.
InZinc Mining can acquire the Indy property over a five-year period under a 2016 option agreement.
