Centric Health Corp. announced Dec. 4 that its President and CEO David Cutler will be retiring as an officer and a director of the company, effective Jan. 31, 2018.
Jack Shevel, chairman of the company's board, will serve as interim CEO while the Canadian healthcare provider conducts an executive search. Centric Health said Shevel will assume the CEO role if a new one has not been found by Cutler's retirement date.
Cutler was at the helm of the company when it acquired Alberta-based specialty pharmacy Salus Pharmacare.
Centric Health said it will continue to execute its previously announced strategic initiatives.
