T-Mobile unit starts consent solicitations for certain series of notes

T-Mobile US Inc. unit T-Mobile USA Inc. commenced consent solicitations with respect to certain series of notes.

The consent solicitations were commenced with respect to the carrier's $1.3 billion of 6.000% senior notes due 2023; $1 billion of 6.500% senior notes due 2024, $1 billion of 6.000% senior notes due 2024; $1.7 billion of 6.375% senior notes due 2025; $2 billion of 6.500% notes due 2026; $500 million of 4.000% senior notes due 2022; $500 million of 5.125% senior notes due 2025; $500 million of 5.375% senior notes due 2027; $1 billion of 4.500% senior notes due 2026; and $1.5 billion of 4.750% senior notes due 2028, the company said May 14.

The consent solicitations are being conducted in connection with T-Mobile US' deal to merge with Sprint Corp.

The consent solicitations will expire at 5 p.m. ET on May 18.

Sprint and its wholly owned unit Sprint Communications Inc. also commenced consent solicitations with respect to certain series of notes.
