Woodford Investment Management Ltd. closed its offices in Oxfordshire, U.K., following an announcement in October that the business was being wound down, City A.M. reported Dec. 10.
The firm updated its address in the U.K.'s registrar of companies to a London mail-handling company as of Dec. 10, according to the report.
Woodford's flagship Equity Income Fund is being liquidated by Blackrock and Park Hill, while Patient Capital Trust's management is being handed over to Schroders PLC.
Meanwhile, Income Focus Fund's authorized administrator, Link Fund Solutions, delayed making a final decision on the fate of Woodford's smallest fund in the week of Dec. 2 and said it was in the final stages of determining what to do with the fund, the newspaper said.
Link said in October that it is considering a multitude of options, including appointing an alternative investment manager, a scheme of arrangement into another fund or winding up the fund.
