ASB Finance issues A$50M of notes

Commonwealth Bank of Australia unit ASB Finance Ltd. issued A$50 million of fixed-rate notes under its US$70 billion euro medium-term note program.

The company said Feb. 21 that the notes bear a coupon of 4% per year and will mature Feb. 14, 2029.
