Investors Diane Daych and Mark Brooks have launched Granite Growth Health Partners, a growth equity firm exclusively focused on health services companies.
Daych and Brooks are co-managing partners of the new firm. Daych previously led health services growth equity investing at a healthcare-focused venture firm. She has also served as a managing director and co-head of private equity at the Marwood Group and a partner at CCP Equity Partners.
Brooks previously co-founded MMC Health Services Inc. and Scale Venture Partners.
Paul Brown also joined the Granite Growth team as a venture partner. He was previously a managing director at Sandbox Industries Inc, where he co-founded the company's BlueCross BlueShield corporate venture funds.
Backed by HarbourVest Partners LLC, Granite Growth makes investments in the range of $10 million to $50 million.
