Argos Wityu exits real estate software group Salvia

Private equity firm Argos Wityu Partners SA sold its portfolio company Salvia Group to Total Specific Solutions (TSS) BV for an undisclosed amount.

The deal represents an exit for Argos Wityu which, through its Argos Fund VI, invested in Salvia Group in 2013 as one of the companies sold by the Sage Group.

Salvia Group offers a full suite of on-premise and cloud-based vertical market software solutions for real estate, social housing and the public sector. It includes Salvia Développement SAS, Alteva and SRCI.

The acquisition is expected to help TSS expand further into France, particularly in the public-sector software market.

TSS is ultimately owned by Constellation Software Inc.
