Sosei CFO resigns; interim replacement named

Sosei Group Corp. appointed Chris Cargill as interim CFO.

Cargill replaces Andrew Oakley, who has resigned as executive vice president and CFO. Cargill, who joined Sosei in September 2017, is currently the senior vice president of corporate strategy and head of investor relations and corporate communications and will maintain his current responsibilities.

The company's board has started a search for a new CFO and is considering both internal and external candidates for the role.

Tokyo-based Sosei Group is a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and commercializes biopharmaceutical products worldwide.
