Real estate vehicle lands €500M refinancing for Dutch technology campus

Marcel Boekhoorn's Dutch vehicle Ramphastos Real Estate obtained a €500 million refinancing from ABN Amro Group NV, Helaba and Berlin Hyp AG for the High Tech Campus Eindhoven in the Netherlands.

The loan carries a term of five years, with ABN Amro acting as lead coordinator and agent for the syndicate of banks.

Considered one of the biggest technology parks in the world, the High Tech Campus at 5656 AE Eindhoven comprises 52 office buildings with a combined net lettable space of 273,000 square meters. It houses 175 companies with approximately 11,000 employees.
