W. Brett Smith on Feb. 9 was appointed to the board of Energy Transfer Partners LLC, general partner of Energy Transfer Partners GP LP, effective immediately.

Smith was also appointed to the board's audit committee, replacing Ray Davis, according to a Feb. 15 SEC filing.

Energy Transfer Partners GP LP is the general partner of Energy Transfer Partners LP.
