Report: Silverstein sells part of former Walt Disney-owned NYC campus

Silverstein Properties Inc. sold a portion of the ABC Inc. campus in New York City to Taconic Investment Partners LLC for roughly $220 million in a deal that was due to close Aug. 19, the Commercial Observer reported, citing sources familiar with the transaction.

The West End Campus, comprising the 125 West Side Ave., 320 W. 66th St. and Lot 61 properties, offers 513,437 rentable square feet and are part of the nine-building campus sold by The Walt Disney Co. to Silverstein for $1.15 billion in 2018, according to the report.

Eastdil is said to have brokered the sale.

Silverstein, Eastdil and Taconic declined to comment, the publication added.
