* HUBB NYC Properties acquired five retail condominiums encompassing 21,110 square feet at 60 Guilders' and the Carlyle Group's commercial condo conversion at 18 and 20-28 West 33rd St. in Manhattan, N.Y., for $23.9 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records.

* Automotive Properties REIT agreed to acquire the Mazda des Sources automotive dealership property in suburban Montreal for about C$8.0 million, marking its fourth property acquisition in the Greater Montreal area. The property includes a newly constructed 16,700-square-foot, full-service Mazda dealership facility.

* Restaurant company Shake Shack is set for its debut at The Mall in Columbia at 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, Md., on Dec. 20, marking the company's fourth store in the state, the Baltimore Business Journal reported.
