Australia-based Bank of Sydney Ltd. will implement Fiserv Inc.'s DigitalAccess, an end-to-end solution hosted in a cloud environment, to support all online and mobile applications, infrastructure and services that the bank offers.

Insurance and healthcare

Olympus Insurance Co. implemented SIMS Claims as part of its plan to bring claims in-house. The system is being hosted on the SIMS Cloud environment of Insurity, a provider of core insurance processing and data integration and analytics solutions.

HealthEquity Inc. introduced a suite of 401(k) services with the ability to integrate with health savings accounts and other health accounts.

McLaren Health Care Corp. expanded its partnership with Premier Inc. to deploy the PremierConnect Enterprise cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence platform.

Hanover Insurance Group Inc. made available an online system that allows its independent agent partners to quote and issue builders risk policies.

Willis Towers Watson Plc and technology company Roost agreed to create a home telematics consortium comprised of five to 10 U.S. insurance carriers. The consortium will combine household data to measure the effectiveness of home telematics devices on mitigating insurance losses for water and fire.

Western Union Co. and convenience store retailer Franprix introduced Click&Pay, a service that allows consumers to initiate money transfers via the Western Union mobile app.

Bahraini financial technology company Eazy Financial Services BSC will roll out a Biometric Payment Network powered by NCR. The network will allow consumers to register their fingerprint through their participating bank and then use that at any device to initiate a transaction rather than using a card.

Spindle Inc. executed two strategic agreements with Concourse Team Express, an internet retailer. Team Express will use the CATALYST Team Sports platform to enable teams to manage their rosters, among other things. Under an agreement between Mirova, Natixis Asset Management, Axioma and FactSet Research Systems Inc., Axioma's risk solutions will be implemented on Mirova's socially responsible investing equity expertise and Natixis Asset Management's smart beta, European equities and emerging market equities portfolios.

WEX Inc. and Crawler2api agreed to combine technologies to automate transactions for travel clients. Crawler2api is a provider of application programming interface and transactional bots.

Tax and accounting

AAON Inc. uses Workiva Inc.'s Wdesk platform to streamline its Sarbanes-Oxley Act and internal controls processes. AAON designs, manufactures and sells heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.

Information technology

Pegasystems Inc. launched Pega Agile Workbench, a visual application development tool that provides a way for business and information technology to collaborate and bring software to market.

Media and communications

CSG Systems International Inc.'s master subscriber management agreement with Time Warner Cable Inc. was assigned to Charter Communications Inc. in connection with the two communications companies' merger. CSG's current agreement with Charter runs through Dec. 31, 2019. The financial technology company's agreement with Time Warner was initially set to expire March 31, but was extended for additional one-month periods through May 31. On May 30, CSG amended the Time Warner agreement to provide for an additional one-month extension through June 30, while the parties continue to finalize terms relating to a new long-term Charter consolidated master subscriber management system agreement that will provide CSG products and services covering both Time Warner and Charter customer accounts under one master agreement.
