A joint venture between ThinkFoodGroup LLC and Gibsons Restaurant Group will occupy 17,200 square feet of space at Howard Hughes Corp. and Riverside Investment & Development Co.'s office tower at 110 N. Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago.

The restaurant group will open a multiple-concept dining destination in the 1.5 million-square-foot building and will provide catering for the property's 10,000-square-foot event space.

The property, slated to open in October, is 74% pre-leased, with anchor tenants including Bank of America, Jones Day, Perkins Coie, Morgan Lewis, Lincoln International, No.18 and King & Spalding.
