Another Centrue Financial investor group to vote in favor of Midland States deal

Investor Martin Friedman and related investment vehicles have agreed to vote their shares in Ottawa, Ill.-based Centrue Financial Corp. in favor of the company's pending deal with Midland States Bancorp Inc.

In an amended 13D filed Feb. 2, the investor group reported aggregate beneficial ownership of 636,911 shares, or a 9.78% stake based on the company's 6,513,694 outstanding common shares as of Nov. 9.

Another investor group in Centrue Financial also previously disclosed that it agreed to vote its shares in favor of the Midland transaction.
