ZH International increases stake in Global Medical REIT to 14%

ZH International Holdings Ltd. increased its stake in Global Medical REIT Inc. to about 14% by subscribing to shares in the healthcare real estate investment trust's recent common stock offering.

The Hong Kong-based property development company previously owned about 12% of the REIT's outstanding shares. It bought 1,111,111 shares for approximately US$10 million in cash in the offering and now holds 3,715,611 Global Medical shares.
