Sept. 30
Ardea Resources Ltd. said David Greenwood accepted the CEO role for the explorer's gold and base metals spinoff, Godolphin Resources Ltd. Andrew Stewart and Ian Buchhorn were named nonexecutive directors, with Mark Sykes tapped as chairman. Meanwhile, Katina Law stepped down as a director for Godolphin to accommodate Stewart's appointment.
Geoff Laing quit as a director for Anova Metals Ltd., citing increasing work commitments with his other business interests.
Goldplat PLC interim CEO Werner Klingenberg was promoted to the role on a full-time basis.
COO Ryan McDermott was added to Phoenix Copper Ltd.'s board as a director, effective immediately.
Wanguo International Mining Group Ltd. independent nonexecutive director Xiong Zeke resigned, effective immediately.
Zhang Hui vacated her post as an independent nonexecutive director for Real Gold Mining Ltd., effective immediately.
China Billion Resources Ltd. executive director Zhang Li relinquished his post, with nonexecutive directors Zhang Jing and Zhang Wei also resigning.
Philip Strawbridge was named CFO for Centrus Energy Corp., effective immediately.
Oct. 1
Lindian Resources Ltd. tapped Nick Day as CFO, in lieu of Geoff James, who retired.
Dan Thomas will join Hammer Metals Ltd. as managing director, effective Oct. 21.
Davenport Resources Ltd. expanded its board with the addition of Hanjoerg Plaggemars as an independent nonexecutive director.
Tanyaradzwa Chikanza took up a finance director role for Bushveld Minerals Ltd., effective immediately.
MPV Exploration Inc. shareholders elected Guy Charette as director, while Marc-André Lavoie was named chairman.
Cliff Hale-Sanders accepted the roles of President, CEO and a director for Vanadium One Iron Corp., with Ashley Martin appointed COO.
Crystal Lake Mining Corp. reshuffled its management team, with Maurizio Napoli succeeding Richard Savage as CEO and Brian Moore replacing Alphonse Ruggiero as CFO. Napoli also took up the president role for the explorer. Both Savage and Ruggiero remained with Crystal Lake as directors, joining Moore, who was elected as a director to replace the departed Dave Ellett.

Wayne Zekulich took a nonexecutive director role for Pantoro Ltd.
First Cobalt Corp. said John Pollesel supplanted Paul Matysek as nonexecutive chairman. Susan Uthayakumar was elected as a director.
Kevin Bullock was named president and CEO for Anaconda Mining Inc. in a cost-cutting move that streamlined both positions. Dustin Angelo relinquished his role as president.
Triumph Gold Corp. said Tony Barresi was selected president, while John Anderson took up the interim CEO role. The changes were made following the retirement of erstwhile president and CEO Paul Reynolds.
Eugene Hodgson was added to Clean Commodities Corp.'s board of directors. Director Carl Schulze vacated his seat, effective Sept. 30.
Soon Mining Ltd. director Jiahui Jeremiah Thum left, effective Sept. 30, citing a personal commitment. Frederic Ferges filled a nonexecutive director role with the Australian explorer.

Kathleen Bozanic was appointed an independent nonexecutive director for Independence Group NL, effective immediately, replacing Geoff Clifford, who will retire on Nov. 20.
Havilah Resources Ltd. said CEO Walter Richards was relieved from his duty, amid a restructuring and downsizing at the South Australia-focused explorer.
Nigel Dentoom resigned as a director of Eastern Platinum Ltd.
Kingsrose Mining Ltd. director Grant Mills quit, effective Nov. 30.
Phil Day relinquished his seat on Melior Resources Inc.'s board of directors, effective Oct. 2.

Kula Gold Ltd. director Garry Perotti resigned. Simon Adams took a nonexecutive director role, effective immediately.
Executive chairman Robert Tyson was reassigned to a nonexecutive chairman role for Saturn Metals Ltd.
Malachite Resources Ltd. added CEO Geoff Hiller to its board as a director.
Former president and CEO Gregg Mollins stepped down from Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co.'s board of directors, effective Oct. 22. Incumbent president and CEO James Hoffman was named to the board of directors, with Lisa Baldwin taking up an independent director role.
Guyana Goldstrike Inc. said Edward Rochette joined its board of directors.
