Spok Holdings Inc. appointed CFO Michael Wallace to the role of COO of the healthcare communications company.

In his new role, Wallace will maintain his CFO responsibilities and continue formal responsibility for the services, support, maintenance and marketing organizations, the company said Jan. 2.

Wallace joined Spok as CFO in March 2017. Prior to joining Spok, Wallace was executive vice president and CFO of Intermedix, a provider of healthcare and data analytics services.
