Special-purpose acquisition company Archimede was admitted to the Italian stock index AIM Italia on May 21.
AIM Italia is the Borsa Italiana market for Italy's small and medium-sized enterprises.
Specializing in the acquisition of stakes in listed and nonlisted insurtech companies, Archimede raised €47 million prior to being admitted to the exchange, with 70.85% of the company floated.
UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking acted as global coordinator, while Banca Finnat Euramerica SpA was the nominated adviser and specialist.
