Avante Logixx Inc. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015, amounted to C$167,160, a rise from C$163,880 in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

The normalized profit margin declined to 4.3% from 5.6% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue increased 32.3% on an annual basis to C$3.9 million from C$2.9 million, and total operating expenses rose 35.4% year over year to C$3.6 million from C$2.7 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of C$304,820, or a loss of 0 cents per share, compared to income of C$225,720, or 0 cents per share, in the year-earlier period.
