Banca Transilvania SA finalized procedures related to the sale of its 100% indirect holding in BT Operational Leasing SA to companies controlled by Romanian group Autonom.

The two companies also launched a partnership that will offer Banca Transilvania's customers access to operational leasing, fleet management, roadside assistance, car rental and other services, the Romanian bank said July 2.

Banca Transilvania announced to sell its operational leasing unit in May. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
