ANZ, units set up US$60B note program

Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd. and ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Ltd. established a US$60 billion euro medium-term note program.

Each issuer may issue notes from time to time, according to a prospectus dated May 17.

Deutsche Bank is the arranger, while ANZ, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are dealers.
